Louise currently holds the role of Education Officer: Secondary Religious Education where she is responsible for the Religious Education Curriculum for Secondary Students in the Catholic schools of the Sydney Archdiocese.

She works as a part of the Religious Education and Evangelisation Team at Leichhardt, also working closely with the three Regional Secondary Religious Education Advisers, the Religious Education Coordinators and the teachers of Religious Education in Catholic schools to deliver a curriculum that is engaging and meets the needs of young people in Catholic schools.

Louise also coordinates an annual Social Justice day for students in Sydney Catholic Schools, which focuses on the annual Social Justice statement as presented by the Australian Catholic Bishops.
