Since 1974 over one hundred places across NSW have been declared ‘Aboriginal Places’. Emma Dortins, PhD, an historian responsible for listing Aboriginal Places and items on the State Heritage Register, will explore the history of Aboriginal Places and the legislation that protects Aboriginal heritage and objects.
