September 21 is the UN International Day Of Peace. This year’s theme should strike a chord with all Christians:“Partnerships for Peace – Dignity for All”.
The Day highlights the importance and need for all segments of society to work together to strive for peace amongst nations, groups and all individuals.The United Nations invites all people to honour a cessation of hostilities during the Day, and to otherwise commemorate the Day through education and public awareness on issues related to peace.
